What it is
An infrared sauna warms your body directly with infrared light, instead of heating the air around you like a traditional sauna. That means you can enjoy a deep, relaxing sweat at a more comfortable air temperature.
Red light adds a warm, gentle glow, and many people include it in their skin-care and recovery routines.
How it can help
- Deep relaxation and stress relief
- Soothing warmth for tired, tight muscles and recovery
- Supports circulation as your body warms
- A cleansing sweat as part of a healthy routine
- Supports healthy-looking skin
What to expect
Relax in the sauna in a towel or comfortable clothing. Sessions typically last 20 to 40 minutes. Drink plenty of water before and after, and go at your own pace. You can step out at any time.
Good to know
Heat isn't right for everyone. Check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, have a heart condition, have low or high blood pressure, or take medications that affect how your body handles heat. Avoid alcohol before your session, and tell us right away if you feel dizzy or unwell.
