What it is

Our massage therapy combines classic hands-on techniques with warmed Himalayan salt stones and essential oil blends. The stones hold a gentle, even heat that helps muscles soften, and the oils add a calming aroma while helping hands glide smoothly.

Pressure is adjusted to what feels right to you, from light and soothing to firmer work on stubborn knots.

How it can help

  • Eases sore, overworked muscles
  • Helps release tight connective tissue
  • Relieves stress and encourages deep relaxation
  • Soothing warmth from the stones helps muscles let go
  • Leaves you feeling restored and recharged

What to expect

Before your session, let your therapist know which areas need attention and how much pressure you like. You'll relax on a comfortable table, properly draped the whole time, and you can speak up at any point if you'd like the pressure or warmth adjusted.

Good to know

Let us know if you're pregnant, have allergies or sensitivities to scents or oils, a skin condition, a blood clot or history of clots, or a condition that affects how you sense heat, such as nerve changes from diabetes. We'll tailor the session to keep you comfortable.
